About Tether Ball

Recess is on the line in Tether Ball. The ball whips around the pole, and when it swings through your pink zone you smack it high or low. Watch your opponent's guard: if they guard high, hit low and they can barely return it. Wrap the rope all the way around the pole to win the round.

You face a new kid each level, from Tim to Maya, Jo and Dev, each one quicker and more accurate, and later matches go to three rounds. Wind joins on level 4. Level 5 is Rex the Recess King, who hits hardest of all. Tip: smack the ball right in the middle of your zone for a power hit.

How to play

Smack the ball high or low, away from your opponent's guard. Wrap the rope your way to win.

Controls

Up = high, down/Space = low. Or tap high/low. Works with keyboard, mouse and touch.

Tip

Always hit the opposite of the guard your opponent shows to make returns nearly impossible.

Levels

Five handcrafted levels, each adding something new, with a boss on level 5. Earn up to three stars per level, then keep going in endless mode.

About Quarter Alley

Quarter Alley is a late-night neon arcade tucked behind a brick alley. Every cabinet holds a small, silly, original game: chase a goose, stack pancakes, catch toast, sneak out of the office at 4:59. Most games have five handcrafted levels with a boss, then an endless mode. Earn tickets, trade them at the Prize Counter, and put your initials on the high-score tables.

How do I play?

Tap a cabinet (or click it) to drop a quarter in. Each game shows its controls before you start. Keyboard, mouse and touch all work.
